Every Friday, The Watchdog Report releases THE LIST, an ongoing literal list enumerating the members of the Trump Administration who need to be the subject of a Congressional investigation when Democrats retake control of Congress, and with it, the power of the congressional gavel (and subpoena pen). This week, the FBI Director Kash Patel becomes the first person to make THE LIST twice.

Back in February, Director Patel made THE LIST for allowing his girlfriend to use FBI resources, using taxpayer dollars to allow his department to purchase a fleet of BMWs, and using a government plane to get to the Olympics. Here we are in July, and reports have surfaced that Patel used the FBI G5 to fly to Philly to see George Strait & Chris Stapleton from a private stadium suite that costs up to $50,000. On top of that, a different report reveals that Kash has failed to properly disclose a six-figure purchase of stock in a bitcoin-fueled business intelligence and mobile software company that has contracted with DOJ. IF Democrats retake Congress, they need to take a forensic autopsy to Kash’s finances and scrutinize how he deployed FBI resources.
