Last night, I made my first appearance in-studio on MSNOW’s The Weeknight to discuss the Trump Family’s latest grift.
If you read yesterday’s edition of #THELIST, you already know that Eric Trump went on Fox Business to brag about a company he is invested in that received a $24 million contract from the Pentagon.
This follows a pattern of Trump-family-backed enterprises (Powerus + American Ventures) seeking out lucrative government contracts.
When Democrats take back the reins of power in November and have subpoena/deposition authority, they need to aggressively investigate every dollar that was doled out to the Trump family and their allies. Speaker Hakeem Jeffries will need to increase the budgets of the Oversight, Judiciary, and Armed Services Committees. Let them double, hell, triple their staff sizes. They are going to need to turn some of these Committees into Oversight LLC.
Democrats in Congress need to understand that until we root out this rot, our country will not be able to move on from the cancer that is the Trump family.
